Five-week program to change your eating habits.
If you keep trying to lose weight but find that as soon as you stop dieting it piles back on, then you will have learnt through sheer frustration that there is no easy fix. Many of us eat to feel better because at some stage we have associated food as comfort. In my five-week ‘change your relationship to food’ program I introduce a variety of energy techniques which complement each other, and which deal with multiple aspects of the problem. In addition to using Solution Oriented Hypnotherapy I teach my clients to use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) aka Tapping to use at home, to deal with emotional issues rather than resort to the biscuit tin. It is also effective when cravings come on to distract the mind and refocus on more positive solutions. I am a Mindfulness teacher and meditation and mindfulness feature strongly in these sessions because when we can regulate our own emotions we will no longer look to food to make us feel better. Reiki too is a healing energy and as a practitioner I may use it with a client as a stand alone or with Hypnotherapy to enable a greater experience of relaxation and visualisation of the better version of you who is waiting in the wings. I will also teach you energy exercises because these are vital at shifting energy which may be stuck in your body. They will not only rebalance your energy but increase your positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

The program includes the following:
6 Mp3 recordings to use at home
Understanding the 6 core types of hunger
Understanding seasonal eating. cravings and the role of sugar and flour in our diet.
Five 90-minute one-to-one sessions.
The modules are as follows:
Week 1: ‘You have to make friends with the body you have in order, to get the body you want’
Week 2: ‘Learning to recognise the difference between emotional and physical hunger’
Week 3: ‘Remember you have been criticising yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens’
Week 4: ‘Metabolism is oxygen and oxygen comes from breathing’
Week 5: This final session is fluid dependent on each person’s need.
